About Us…
A Place at the Beach Home Staging is owned by Terry Bell and serves the Outer Banks of North Carolina, including Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, and Manteo.
Terry and her husband, Richard Bell of Across the Board Construction, LLC, live and work in the Outer Banks building and remodeling homes. This experience has provided Terry with the opportunity to learn a great deal about what aspects of a beach property appeal to buyers and vacationers. Another benefit of this experience is the familiarization with the local sales and rental markets necessary to know what owners should invest in to keep their property competitive and enhance their sales price or rental income.
This background, combined with her natural talent for decorating, led Terry to complete the HSR Certification course and launch her own Home Staging business. Terry is also a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR).
